Articque DataMarket

Latest updates and improvements for Articque DataMarket in DataComposer:

Addition of two new sub-themes in the France Real Estate database: Zonage TLV and Rent Ceilings. The first concerns municipalities where the vacant housing tax applies, which are therefore considered tense areas from a real-estate perspective. The rent ceiling data, also by municipality, only covers rents for social housing.
In addition, the sub-theme Urban Planning Authorizations has been renamed Regulations to include the TLV zoning information as well.

Multiple datasets have been updated, notably following the release of new editions of the Insee Population Census statistics. Five sub-themes of the Socio Demo (V2) database have been updated: Couples, Families and Households, Population Structure Evolution, Housing, Residents’ Activity (2022 edition – IRIS level), and Wages and Employment Income (2023 edition – municipal level).

The Real Estate database has also been enriched with updated data for the Housing and Households theme, based on the detailed Insee dataset, as well as aggregated real estate transactions at the IRIS level (DVF data – 2025 release).
