In the dialog box appearing, it is possible to modify the angle of the selected component:

It is possible to modify, inside Cartes & Données, the orientation of the text. However, this modification cannot occur during the page setting preceding the export or the printing.
For that, just select the text or the item in question, then accede to its properties with the help of the « Properties » button:
